Let's go has to be commended for one thing:
Their two leveled spaciousness and sweeping stairwell. You
feel as though you just entered a fashion show, as the music
welcomes you while you strut jauntily up and down the
predominant stairs. I used to stop there mostly for the shoes
because I knew I 'd always find some feet covering kidorable
boots goodies. But the primordial reason of my shopping there
was to grab my Earl--oh, so comely--jeans. Really, though,
it's the patrons who bring the most charm to this
establishment. There is the old toothless smelly man who ogles
every female who walks in the door. The older, weathered
ladies wearing hand-crocheted ponchos flailing around to the
doors just like the good ol' vans kids shoes days. Finding the
perfect dress is almost better than finding the perfect man.
The perfect dress will love you, pick you up when you're down,
make you feel beautiful and hold you tightly all night. Let's
Go has one of the best dress selections in killah shoes.
They'll cost ya, but, as I said before, the joy the dress will
bring you far outweighs the few moments of shoppers remorse
you'll surely experience after dropping $300. Let's Go is like
a freshman who tries too hard: it really wants to be stylish
and cool, but it hasn't quite figured out a good style.
But you might not find a shoe that matches your
clothing if in fact you are an uber trendy individual. This
is not to say you will not find anything. The store has a
wider variety in stock than the catalog. But, more often than
not, the styles remind me of older, huffy, rich ladies who
only spen $200 + for a pair of shoes--Very classy but a little
Kork Ease Shoes dated. I think their boots are more hip and
wearable than say their pumps or platforms. The plus side of
this store is that they have a wide variety of widths.
Extremely narrow to extremely wide. They sell ltalian
inspired styles. The quality is great. The store looks very
trendy and hip through the glass windows. But the shoe styles
are not up to par with the feel and decor of the kors shoes
store. No doubt you will find your size and the perfect
(holla shoe size 91/2 or 10 ladies!!) for you. The good thing
about this place is the body jewelry and piercing. They are
very, very clean and professional. You'll pay a little more
for a belly button piercing, but it's worth it because it
won't get infected. If it does, march right back to Melrose
and the staff will help you out. If you're already pierced and
healed lacanadienne boots, stop by Melrose for the HUGE body
jewelry selection (it might be the biggest in San Diego).
