I'm not an obsessive shoe hoarder but shopping in this cute store just off Green lake near Duke's could force me to make room in my closet for a few more DSW pairs.  They have sales that wipe away any resistance to spending money and the selections are decent Keds Shoes.  Take a break from hiking around Green lake and buy a pair of not-so-sensible shoes. Ever since I committed to buying comfort shoes to save my feet, I've been in search of footwear that are all at once cute, trendy, and orthopedic.  I found that Keen has the most expansive selection of shoes that I've seen.  I've bought two pair there - and neither were clogs at DSW Shoes.  In fact, I wear one pair to Salsa dancing from time to time.   I have other shoe stores that I frequent from time to time, but I always return to DSW Keen Shoes for their selection. They have a great selection of name brand shoes from Merrell, Born, Indigo, Keen,  and Puma.  The staff are very helpful and there are lots of really cute shoes here.  It is difficult to not buy way too many pairs! Lacoste was one of my favorite brands, and it's stil great even though it's getting a bit too played out. I love the classic polos, but I do sport a track jacket I bought at this location which I love for walking around the city. The sales people have always been super friendly and nice -- always running to the stock room to get me fresh merchandise. Check out the sale rack in the back -- if you're size is there you could be in luck. Preppy is up in the hizzy fo' shizzy! Good quality, snooty sales people, and, of course, pricey. The salespeople will tell you not to put your shirts in the dryer because they'll shrink a lot so I sized up and put it in the dryer-- it didn't shrink. Maybe baggy is the new fitted. If only they would start selling those Margot Tenenbaum dresses again...DSW has a very large selection of various types of shoes at great prices. I would recommend going if you are looking for shoes or a purse for a special occasion, but I have never been too successful there looking for just casual shoes, sneakers or sandals.
