When my gift for my brother fell through at the
actual Lacoste store, I was at a loss. Those were the exact
shoes that I wanted and I didn't know what to do. I ended up
searching the shoe name and this is the first site that came
up. I was a bit hesitant for ordering off line, but I was at a
loss. I ended up taking a chance and buying the shoes and they
turned up to be cheaper than they were at the Lacoste store.
In addition, I did not have to pay for shipping. I was also
confused by the fact that I got shipping for FREE I even
called, and got excellent service, to confirm that I would get
them the very next day, even though I ordered them at 5 the
night before! You saved my present and made my brothers
birthday. In preparation for a trip, I recently ordered 4
pairs of shoes, one for my husband and one for my baby,
attempting to find the best fit and most comfortable pair to
use for sight-seeing adventures. After much deliberation, I
have chosen a pair to keep and returned the other 3 but this
was in no part due to any dissatisfaction or problem. I have
to tell you I was one who said, I could never order shoes
without trying them on. But you have certainly changed that
opinion. I work long hours, and I can't tell you what a relief
it is to be able to order, try out (in the comfort of my home)
and return shoes without making excruciating trips to the

I had been trying to think of something to get
my husband when we had our baby. Of course, 2 days before I
was scheduled to be induced I thought of what I wanted. I
called and ordered 2 pairs of Lacoste Shoes, My husband is a
lifetime wearer of Lacoste so this was very special to him. I
received the shoes the day I had the baby and was able to give
my husband his gift. I was able to write a note about how our
baby would someday follow in his footsteps, it was very
special. He loved it! I am so appreciative of how your staff
treated me. They were so kind and helpful. I attached a
picture of my husband and my baby in their shoes but it wasn't
able to come through. I will continue to order from you
