I love Steve Madden shoes. They fit perfectly
and are super comfortable. This store is perfect as they
carry every model and color made by the company. I went here
one time, didn't buy the shoes I wanted, I try to control my
impulses and then ordered them online a week later from the
store. Their employees are very friendly and if you don't
feel like going there, they processed and shipped them the
same day I ordered online. I needed to get good running shoes,
and I had never really been a runner before. I was concerned
because I didn't want to support sweatshop labor or wear shoes
made of leather, but I needed really high-quality shoes. Here
i was able to find American-made, vegan running shoes. The
staff was friendly, and helpful. They have to measure your
foot because NB shoes are apparently sized differently than
other shoes. My only complaint was that the prices were really
high. At that point, however, I was willing to pay to get
shoes I could not feel guilty about wearing. The shoes are
really comfortable and tough. This is a store I must have
walked by hundreds of times it's right by Sonic Boom but I've
never really paid too much notice to Osris Shoes. At the
Ballard Art Walk I ended up going in, and I think I'm in love
with Steve Madden Shoes. Somehow I really missed the whole
boat that every other woman on earth seems to be in, but this
might change things. A big obstacle for me in the past has
been comfort as cute as tiny, pointy super Osris high heels
can look, they feel terrible, especially to someone who walks
everywhere Carrie Bradshaw I'm not. But one thing that really
jumped out at me in Osiris Shoes was that they have a ton of
really, really cute shoes and they all look comfortable! Cute
comfortable shoes seems to be an oxymoron sometimes, with the
exception of maybe sneakers. There are some heels here and
there, but even those look pretty wearable.
Utterly cute kids Pony shoes. Designer labels
too. I wish my kids were still little just so I could buy
some, even though I couldn't afford them when they were
little. They also have women's shoes, a few handbags and lots
of adorable socks. Bright, colorful store, not too cheap, but
some things are reasonable. The name indicates, at least in my
mind, that this a place where I could buy almost any kind of
sneaker imaginable. Maybe I had high expectations but this was
not the case. They had all your basics Steve Madden shoes
nike, converse, addidas, puma, Pony Shoes. But it was pretty
much a footlocker. One weird thing was that most of the
display were wrapped in plastic wrap I guess to keep people's
dirty hands off of them? You need shoes, and here you can buy
three pairs instead of the mere single pair you really need.
It's a free-for-all, but the prices are outstanding and the
styles are pretty varied, they have several other
non-mainstream brands and most of which are made right here in
America or at least they are American brands I guess that
doesn't actually mean they're made in the US, come to think
about it. |
